Sad day...sold the Rivi...Eric, sorry!
Hawksbill Farm
Hi Bert and familius around the world! Hope everyone had a great turkey day....we did, here are some pics of us at Green Key.

Bert, I feel like such a schnozeberry of a sister, I have not been checking the blog at all and just got caught up on everything! Wow!
Blake how can I get notices to my iphone when Bert posts? That would be most helpful.
The cousins three have a blast being together and playing at the farm all the time. Soren (schornen, as Cassidy says it) has grown leaps and bounds in the sense of going from the new walker stage to the climbing up and down off the gater and tractor and running, swinging, generally way more body movement and abilities stage. He loves to wrestle with Ryder and loves to play quietly and softly with Cassidy. There is really nothing like farm life for a young babe to get to know themselves and their bodies capabilities.
Bert, love all your pics and news of life over in the sandbox....what do you think of my lame photography attempts?
Look for a box from me....whats your sock status? Require goldtoes?
Love T-Face

I have a bunch of 'feeds' that I'm always checking, so I notice when Up North has something new. I use NetNewsWire on the Mac and the iPhone and they use the NewsGator (makers of NNW) service to keep in sync.
There's also reader.google.com which you can setup on your desktop and then visit on the iPhone's web browser for a mobile version.
But if you just want notifications for a single blog I think feedburner.com makes it easy to get e-mail notifications when something updates. I haven't tried it, though.
Thanks for the package and the post. The photos were great and I have them hanging in my locker.
My sock status is alright. I am wearing the green wool socks and not the white cotton ones. Everything I wear has to be %100 natural fibers for flying. It is getting kind of cold here. The only type of long underwear that I have is the old skool white cotton stuff. I can wear pretty much anything that is green or black that is only wool or cotton. one or two of those tops would be nice. I have also been drinking a lot of tea recently. Any interesting varieties would be a good addition to any package you send.
The gatorade was a good thought and would have worked well last time but we have an unlimited supply of real gatorade here. The army pays $80 for a twelve pack and gives it all out for free to the troops so they stay hydrated.
Biggest thing: Please please please video Soren being himself climbing and playing and running. Just daily stuff. burn the videos onto a disc and please mail it to me so I can see my boy growing big. I miss him so much.
Love you
-Bert
