Rachel and I went to Ottowa and Quebec this weekend. We toured the city and the Queen's museum of Nature along with the Canadian museum of civilization. The photos you see are from the later. These are all Inuit works of art but only a tiny fraction of what was on display. There were over fifty full size and unique totem poles, hundreds of masks, dozens of relief carvings, bowls, boxes, tools, pipes etc. We also saw Kilamandjaro on the IMAX dome while we were there. The puppy accompanied us the whole way and was on her best behavior. She even behaved well surrounded by strangers at an indoor/outdoor market while we ate lunch.
