The Graph on top I guess is suposed to be an overlay of gravity compared to the stock market. There is only six points of data shown on the top graph, the others have as few as four.
Six points of data that coincide in 11 years of time. Wow, I'm convinced. Also since they all coincide they were obviously hand picked to match the graph of the market.
I could also call into question the precision of the measure of gravity in 1920.
Also I wasn't able to decipher the scale of gravity on that graph due to the low resolution. It might make perfect sense if you can read the notes but I assume those fluctuations are so miniscule as to not be of consequence. Since the "gravity" line goes all the way to the bottom and top of the graph the possible range of data is probably pretty small. Obviously in 1921 there was gravity but the graph doesn't show the scale. how much gravity is that graph is that graph representing as opposed to 1929? Does 1929 have 100 times more gravity or .0001% more gravity.
Net effect, the best graph of the three has six points in 11 years. One point of data matches ever other year. That means once in 730 days the gravity coincides with the stock market. That is a graph I would actually use to prove the point that I said earlier about having a small or selected sample can show anything. I suspected that any publisher would require some visuals to improve the credibility of an otherwise incredulous claim and the author assembled those thin charts to meet that requirement.
I am not going to find nifty charts that show nothing but if you are interested in doing so yourself, try doing a google search for tide charts and stock market graphs. you will see that the cycles and ranges are not even in the same ballpark. If you overlay any two graphs you stand a good chance of having six points coincide in 11 years. In fact do a google search for graphs for traffic, rainfall, temperature or just about anything else and you will see that the graphs have about as much or more in common with the stock market than gravity.
I know you guys aren't really falling for this are you?
